This project is an addition to the third unit of Resil Chemical Factory at Electronic City, Bangalore. It constitutes office spaces and expanded storage areas for the existing factory. The site is heavily contoured and we have adapted the same to elevate the design.
The design of the pond has blended seamlessly with the pond. To integrate the pond views with the office, the entire north facade was designed with a curtain wall, to allow sunlight and greenery to peak in. Unlike typical factories, we approached this site with a vision to retain the existing ecosystems, introduce more greens and provide a better environment for the workers.
